Energy
So I borrowed a machine that measures how much energy something drains and calculates the total cost in kilowatt hours. I measured how much it costs for a full charge of my phone which costed about $0.008 dollars you would have to charge your phone 1250 times to make it even cost one dollar.I also looked to see how much it cost to run my whole house which costs on average $8.24 per day. I also found out it cost more to run the house per day during the weekend vs the weekdays. It costs even more to run the house in January because everything is colder so the heating unit has to work a lot harder.I did some research and found out that through the power grid there is a loss of about 60% of the energy running through the lines, so on average it would to 144 KiloWatts running through the lines to actually power my house for a day.If we could actually improve the electrical grid to decrease the amount of energy lost then we would use less fossil fuels which would also decrease the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

Space "Science"
So I decided to make a moon base in space engineers.
It has a working airlock, and it completely powered by solar energy and is pressurized.

It has a Rocket powered with hydrogen thrusters. The rocket can go from zero to one hundred meters per seconds real quick.

There is also a small rover called the Scuttler

If you want me to add anything to this base add a comment and I'll see what I can do

Earth is cold
If for some reason an alien race decieds that they dont like our sun so they blow it up and Earth becomes a very cold planet (A ball of ice), and they picked me to tell them how to build a Earth clone this is what I would say.
THINGS NEEDED FOR A NEW EARTH
- A yellow dwarf star
- A planet with an Atmosphere made up of 70% nitrogen and 30% oxygen
- A planet with a lot of liquid water
- A planet with a slight (approximately 23 and a half degree) tilt
- The planet needs to approximately make 365 turns in 1 year
- The planet would have to be approximately 92.96 million miles away from the yellow dwarf star
- Have a moon the approximately 1079 miles in radius
- The moon needs to be 238,900 miles away from the Earth clone
- The moon would have to orbit the Earth clone every 27 days approximately
- And all the plants and animals

Should North Carolinians be afraid of earthquakes
Should people in North Carolina be afraid if an earthquake. Well NC isn't on the edge of a tectonic plate which is where earthquakes happen, but there could possibly be damage from an Earthquake depending on where and how big the quake is. The biggest Earthquake was "The great earthquakes of 1811 -1812 centered in the Mississippi Valley near New Madrid, Missouri, were felt throughout North Carolina. Intensity VI effects were observed in the western part of the State."(http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/states/north_carolina/history.php)

Interstellar
In this movie the whole reason that the human race has to leave Earth is a huge dust bowl happens and the soil cant produce any crops. One way we could prevent this from happening in real life would be to rotate crops, and to irrigate the fields. If something like the dust bowl in Interstellar ever happened in real life, and we had to find a new plant the plant would have to have an atmosphere similar to Earths, Also it would have to have gravity about the same strength of gravity on Earth. In my opinion a self sustaining space station would be way easier to uphold than a planet, because with a planet you have to worry about other living things the atmosphere, as well as natural events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, planet-quakes, and tsunami.

Data
Most statistics are stretches of the truth. For example this website says that bacon and other processed meats increase your risk of cancer. Which is true but they didn't tell you the percentage of cancer that it increases which is only 0.042%. The three question that you need to ask before you believe a statistic are 1. How was the data collected? 2. What’s in there to learn? 3. How reliable is the information?. If you follow the links then you should be able to decide what information is true and what is false be yourself.
your can decide whether this is a stretch or the full truth.
